The technician, which turned out to be the owner, came to my home 1 week from the call-in date and went through all the details of my issues and resolved them. I got a new unit and pointed to a different tower and have never been happier. I called the office a few days before the tech was to arrive and they picked up fast and were kind and knowledgeable.
